Rent A Closet in collaboration with Make Love Not Scars organized a fashion walk for the acid attack survivors. The PowerWalk fashion show was held in New Delhi and featured nine women who have been subjected to life-changing assaults. It was to create awareness about this and empower survivors that the city witnessed a PowerWalk of feisty women.The acid attack survivors from the foundation walked the ramp in luxury designer wear donated by Rent A Closet. Some of the designer labels associated with Rent A Closet x PowerWalk were Varun Bahl, Ritu Kumar, Ridhima Bhasin and Rohit Bal. These outfits were then auctioned to raise money for the campaign.

The primary focus of the event remained the rebirth of self-esteem and confidence amongst the survivors who wore their scars with pride, walking unabashed forcing people to look at them instead of avoiding eye contact as they usually do.Reshma Qureshi, Soni, Mamta, Sapna are the few survivors who walked the ramp for the fundraiser.
